please read: FOR Facebook and REDDIT referrals
We are aware that several Facebook and Reddit groups recently posted information about naloxoneforall.org. These postings have resulted in hundreds of requests over the past few days. Please understand that our services were created because some people who use drugs are unable to access naloxone in their community. Perhaps they live in a rural area and have no transportation to get to a pharmacy, perhaps there is no standing order in their state and laypeople are not given naloxone. Our focus is to resource people who are the most likely to respond to an opioid overdose- and have no other way to access it.
The majority of our supplies are donated and packed by volunteers. We pay for postage through donations by the people who request our services. (Donation information HERE.)
If you live in a city or large town, or if your state supports pharmacy-based naloxone, please access these in-person opportunities as primary resources. If you are visiting our website because you just want naloxone—but do not have regular connections with people who use drugs or are not likely to be a first responder—please do not access supplies through our site. We appreciate your integrity in allowing our program to reach folks that truly cannot access naloxone and need it to save lives.

Next Naloxone does not mail within the five boroughs of New York City. If you live in New York City and are unable to obtain naloxone, please click HERE for a map of participating pharmacies, upcoming trainings, and a list of community-based naloxone distribution programs. If you’re still having an issue obtaining naloxone near you, contact us and we will work with you to locate a provider. Mail-based distribution is not available to supply firefighters, law enforcement, EMS, or school personnel as a part of their employed position. If you fit into one of these categories, please contact your supervisor or the NYSDOH or more information on specialized training. You can still participate in our mailing program if it’s for personal purposes.
